When I visit http://www.wikihow.com/Special:ManageSuggestedTopics I recieve a “You have arrived at a “special page” that either doesn’t exist or you don’t have access to at this point.” It does exist, it appears in my list of Special pages, other admins can reach it.

I posted here , saying that the Manage Suggested Topics is an admin and boosters only page. But maybe it’s boosters only…? And as most admins are boosters as well, maybe that is why they can access it? Not because of sysop rights, but because of NAB rights. I have both and it opens fine for me.

That’s odd Dave. You should definitely be able to access it. Can you send me a screenshot that shows you on that page with the message you mentioned, and also shows that you are logged in? I will use this to file a bug report.
