I deleted some images uploaded last night for objectionable content using the nuke tool. The user uploaded some more today, so I opened the nuke tool again to delete them and noticed there were four hits for recently uploaded pages despite only seeing two in the contributions. I clicked on the two new ones and noticed I had indeed deleted them last night.
I re-opened the tool after deleting the two new ones and saw all four there.

Yea I’ve seen this too, and I believe it’s been that way ever since we added the extension, so I assume it’s some quirk of how the MW extension interacts with our version of the code. Luckily it doesn’t really present a big issue, I don’t think, especially given how relatively rarely this tool is used? FWIW, I’ve found that the presence of the image thumbnail preview seems to be a reliable indication of what images still exist (those without it have been deleted), if you need to know- but as far as I’ve seen, there’s no bad consequence from ‘re-deleting’ an image already deleted, so no big risk there even if you do select all four images again.
