I fixed most of the article considering  that it was totally “off” unformatted.
But I am having trouble to fix the last step to number it correctly. It should be  step #17 .  I’ve tried different ways and can not get it done.
Please help if you can.

I tackled it; they should be showing correctly now. What happened was that one of the lines had been spaced incorrectly so it busted the formatting and reset the steps in the process. That being said, this article could seriously use some better images. I’m pretty lost with most of them.
