I’m happy to pre-release a new feature today. It’s not quite done, but it’s far enough along that I’d like to invite you to start using it. It’s one of the first editing features we made specifically for mobile phones! (Although you can use it on your desktop PC if you wish): To try it 1. Go here (ideally on your smart phone): http://m.wikihow.com/Special:ArticleQualityGuardian
2. As soon as you get there and before you press any more buttons, bookmark that specific URL, since we currently don’t have an easy way to get back to the tool. 3. Press “get started”. It’s pretty self explanatory from there! We will use these votes to automatically put stub tags on articles that aren’t helpful to readers. You can see here how 1 article (at the time of this writing) has already been tagged using this tool: http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Special:Log&type=hillary&user=&page=
Give it a try on your phone and let us know what you think!

Nice! I only did about five or six articles, but it’s very convenient and easy to use.

@Maluniu
Yes, like quality guardian it makes the “deciding edit” by the person who last did it. In that case it was an IP address. Since we don’t yet have the ability to log in to the mobile site, the tool is open to anons. We do plan to offer the ability to log in at some point!
I’ve noticed the tool includes articles with copyvio and nfd tags.

And some articles are blank.
Those are articles that have been blanked due to being a copyvio.
Good stuff, and a perfect match for mobile. Bug: The tool includes articles with inuse tags on them. Shouldn’t they be excluded so an article in progress is not tagged? That came up with one of the first articles I tried, here
.
Thanks! Looks like this list of articles has multiple problems with it. We will try to fix these bugs. It may take a while to fix them though since some folks in wikiHaus are on holiday vacations!
