So, the last poject I started idn’t go very well so I want to see how many people would be intrested in this one. How it works is every two weeks, we pick a article with an nfd tag to work on, in the two weeks we have, we will try to improve the article making it wikiHow worthy. Hope you like it!

This appears to be a duplicate. Hey Teensitting 3 I would wait until your account is 3 months old and has 500 contributions before you start making projects. I went through a phase like this it can get you blocked for a couple days if your not careful.
We don’t have specific time or contribution requirements for creating projects, but I will say that it’s a good idea to spend some time contributing to wikiHow and seeing what kind of tasks are done around the wiki before starting projects yourself. That way, you can get a better grasp on what needs help and how projects operate

I would caution AGAINST any editor (old OR new) starting “new” projects for a couple of reasons. (and I apologize in advance for a surfeit of curmudgeonly cynicism here… )
1 - Projects tend toward quickly becoming a control issue… as in… “Hey! I have an idea and everyone needs to do things MY way!” control issue.
wikiHow is an all volunteer organization… so telling others on the site what to do and how to do it in a new “project” is sort of like herding cats… lots of work for very little result other than getting scratched and/or bitten.
2 - A new “project” is the classic wikiHow newbie move that practically screams “I don’t want to put in the time and effort it would take to get noticed on my merits alone, so let me just tell you how it needs to be done”. Frankly? this type of action instantly brands you as someone with more enthusiasm than wisdom. (aka “newbie”)
3 - wikiHow has a very large list of of inactive projects. It’s very rare that a project can garner enough editor support to remain active longer than a few months due to A: No one joining B: People “joining” so they feel like a part of a group, but then not editing and C: Members of the project group arguing over HOW to do the project and complaining to each other that the “others” in the group aren’t doing what the “leader” wants them to do. (see note above about herding cats)
4 - wikiHow has been around 13+ years. Most every “project” that CAN be invented HAS been invented… and subsequently abandoned… and readopted… and abandoned… multiple times. It is highly unlikely that any “new” project is actually something new.
Frankly… You are better off just doing the “project” work yourself, or looking for someone else doing something worthwhile and quietly joining them in their efforts to make the site… and the world… a better place.
Please reference initial apology again here…
Both these editors make good points. Maybe you should focus on making a project in a topic of interest, such as a project for, let’s say, arts and crafts (but there is a chance we already have a wikiProject on that topic). Or, as @Loiswade42
said, instead of wasting the time and effort putting together a project for almost nothing, just doing the task that you would do in the project you are planning, and only asking for help if you think a project is necessary (for example, to large-scale manage and update articles on a topic).
If you want to hear my very loooooong opinion on what I think about projects, you can do so here
. It might be outdated, I don’t know.
Oh gosh… as @Editor-Jr
has already said, there’s already a project like this. In fact, I find it very difficult to start a new project because there are already so many, as @Loiswade42
stated. When starting a project, you should always look on the Central Project Page
to check if there already exists a project you want to start. I think that you should stop concerning about projects and that you focus more on contributing and doing things on the Community Dashboard
. That’s all I have to say, but I don’t think it’s a good idea to try to pump out projects like this.
