I can add many templates. I can add UIBS. I can add images. I can type up text. I can add a background color. I can add numerous background colors.

No prob! However, I cannot do borders, nor can I do any layered borders if you know what I mean,

I can make userpages look pretty.

Btw, I just made my userpage look nicer, still is a bit buggy, though, due to the smaller space wikiHow has as opposed to Wikia. This is why some things seem squashed.
