I think we should get a new badge like we have “welcomer”'s badge. Patrol coach’s team or staff. Name: Patrol staff(both RC and tips) What to do: Leave messages on talk pages for good or bad or encouraging patrolling and patrol PATROLLED changes

Yeah but anyone can do that so it’s not really a special achievement to be able to do it.

We pretty much have an RC patrol coach bot that does that for us. I also saw somewhere that there will be a tips patrol coach soon?:stuck_out_tongue:

Remember, badges just for the sake of making your profile look nice are not needed. This is really not needed, since anybody can coach people. Most wikiHow editors already do this, to be honest. There are even some great human patrol coaches like Bob and Jeffrey who take the time to help new contributors. Besides, wont another profile badge make profiles look kind of of cluttered? RC Patrollers can easily use the quick note button and the coach for bad, or thanks buttons to do this. Besides, plenty already patrol patrolled changes. Regards, Abhishek

I agree with @Mrappbrain and @Shinako that we don’t need such a badge. There are lots of experienced patrollers on wikiHow who can coach, and many of our patrollers patrol patrolled changes. Also, in reference to what you said about tips: any registered user can do Tips Patrol, and there are many great tips patrol coaches such as Jeffrey, so I don’t think we would need a badge for tips patrol staff. In addition, we shouldn’t have too many badges; they might clutter up profile pages like @Mrappbrain mentioned.
