It’s just a vandal being a vandal. I think they’ve been cleared for now.

This took me a while to figure out as well when I saw it in RC
I figured it out eventually, I reverted all their edits and reported them on ANB and they ended up getting blocked.
Oh; thanks, Ruppy! At first I thought it was me, and then I thought it was probably someone messing with the site.
