Ok, so, I messaged Anna on this one but it doesn’t seem to be working! I’m trying to add photos to my articles, but whenever I click edit all that comes up is a PDF of the article so you can change any writing errors etc. There is no ‘add image’ button for some reason. Are you sure that this is a PDF? The editing space (where you can fix writing areas) is also where you can add images. Are you in the guided editor or the advanced editor when you do this?
What is the file extension (last 3 or 4 letters at the end of a filename, e.g. jpg, jpeg, png, svg, bmp) of the photo?
