Today I was patrolling the pictures and I have found that some users have taken advantage of their powers and made silly choices. For example, there was a recipe article and had a picture for the ingredients and the person voted no and then the same person once again voted no for another picture which would have been excessively helpful for a visual learner.
Is there any rules on this and is there anyone who I can report these sorts of people to?

Picture Patrol requires that 3 editors accept an image so generally bad images don’t get accepted. You only need 2 patrollers to hit the ‘no’ tab and the image is out!

But is there not a way to report it cause I am pretty sure there is more than 1 person out there
