No, I would like a template for picture IMPROVEMENTS, not ADDING pictures!
We don’t create templates for PERSONAL use. We create them when a community census is reached. You can use {{attention}} and post the reasoning on the discussion page.

No need for a template. If it’s created by Wikiphoto/Wikivisual, use the “helpful?” icons on the image — or better yet, either write on the discussion page or ask WP/WV to redo them, even if they were created or uploaded by someone else.
