Video Picker tool from the Comunity Dashboard seems to not be working. It is just loading and the last time it happened 4 months ago. Is this a glitch or is the tool getting retired?

Yeah, this is known - thanks for checking! It’s probable the tool will be retired, but we still have an open bug report to either find a new way of populating the queue or retire it properly if needed. Our devs just launched a test today to try to find out how helpful readers find the YouTube vids to better inform next steps
