Wow. Seriously, everyone’s been playing Pokemon Go lately, and it’s on the top hashtags on Google+! And there is so many hacks on that game! Last week, my little cousin downloaded Pokemon Go, than he technically asked my aunt if he could jailbreak her phone to level up more. This is getting way out of hand if you ask me. People are even walking in the middle of the road just to get a Pokemon. This needs to STOP.

While I do understand why you’re concerned about the game, it’s made clear on the game’s loading screen that you need to stay alert of your surroundings, and PokéStops or Gyms are being removed from areas that are not safe to access. (There was one removed from a trail near my house the other day.) Additionally, it’s one’s own choice to jailbreak their phone. My guess is that your little cousin didn’t understand that jailbreaking the phone jailbreaks everything , not just the game.

I’m not exactly sure why you’re voicing this here, however. If it’s because we have Pokémon GO articles, I can reassure you that we emphasize safety and looking where you’re going. I’ve also never seen one of our articles advise jailbreaking a phone for the game… Why exactly did you post this thread, if you don’t mind my asking?

Hasn’t it only been out for like… three weeks only? There’s bound to be a lot of bugs.

^ Not even. Two, maybe, but definitely not three.

Good news is there’s no law saying you have to play it.

And trust me - it’s just a bit of ‘Pokemon’ fever, it will eventually go down. I am on the same side as you, it is getting annoying but no one is forcing you to play it, read other’s opinions about the game, check the news about it, and read all the hashtags about the game. You have every right to close your computer and not read any of it ;)

^^ +100000 I don’t see the problem, don’t like it, don’t download it. Personally I think it’s just a bit of fun!

Agreed ^

yes you are right there is a problem

Well, most people like to play it, and I personally play a little bit of Pokemon Go sometimes, but I’m not in fever, just saying!:stuck_out_tongue:But I totally respect your opinion.

^ I know, it’s pretty high in fever because it’s a new game and it’s new in technology. It’ll die down eventually, probably after a month or so.

I’m pretty sure that most people turn off the AR to save battery and because it’s easier to catch pokemon that way.

But anyway, I don’t see this dying down, certainly not within one month. This has game of the year potential, and Niantic’s only scratching the surface when it comes to this game. There’s a vast potential yet to be fulfilled with pvp battles, pokemon trading, improved combat dynamics, and simply more pokemon.

In terms of what you can actually do, it’s not the best mobile game, but that doesn’t matter. It’s already succeeded.

I agree with him here. It does tell you to stay alert and be clear of your surroundings. They are removing Pokestops and Gyms from unsafe places and there are quite a few bugs but they will be updating the game every fortnight as well so they will probably fix any bugs :)

It is just a matter of watching where you are going and  what you are doing
