Not sure if it’s just me experiencing this issue, but when I try to update my profile picture, an error occurs. After I select the picture and click “Submit”, the picture I had as my last profile picture shows up instead, rather than the new one I’m trying to upload. Since it’s just a profile picture bug, this is likely low-priority, but I thought I’d bring it up. It’s just frustrating that I can’t recrop my picture
Oh, and I’m not sure if this is related, but my profile picture randomly showed up at a new angle (wikiHow showed my picture as the top left corner of the photo, rather than the center (which is how I had it set)) without me changing it. This just randomly happened when I logged in. Hence why I removed my picture and how I came across this upload glitch. (This occurred on Silk Browser (which I think shares properties with Google Chrome?), incognito.) EDIT: Okay, after some testing, it isn’t just my Kindle Fire that has this issue. It also occurred on an iPod device.
I think the angle issue might have something to do with the website in your user page. When you add a website, your image becomes squished.
It wasn’t just squished though (that’s been occurring ever since the update); it showed a completely different part of my picture. It’s still showing up for my answered questions, so I was able to take a screenshot:

Heya @HelperOnWikihow
this is a known issue that’s been around for a little while - it is filed, but other high priority things keep knocking it down the list! Trying a few different times can sometimes work, but it’s a bit of a guessing game whether it will update or not!
Alrighty - thanks, Jayne! I’ll see what I can do for now.

FYI we just had a fix implemented to solve the bug with updating profile pictures, so now is the time to check it out! Please let me know if you continue to have any issues, but fingers crossed!
