I feel like there are certain categories on wikiHow that just do not make sense.
Take this
category as an example. This category’s articles are all deindexed. Also, the category does not make sense as a whole either. There is something that tells me that a category about “computer shutdown pranks” is a bad idea.
Or this
category. This category is completely out of date and a very unlikely search term in 2020 with a very small proportion of users using Windows 2000. Plus, the articles in the category need significant amount of work. Source: https://gs.statcounter.com/os-version-market-share/windows/desktop/worldwide
So I have a question. Can @JayneG
or a staff admin delete these two categories and repopulate the articles in their parent categories? I know major work on the category structure is in progress, but I think this would be quite uncontroversial.

, we definitely have some redundant categories and it’s on our list to work through some of these, it just hasn’t quite made it to the top of the list yet!
