In the terms of use it says: We allow ANYONE at any time to write and edit content on this site Yet later down it says: You may not use this site unless you are at least 13 years old. I was wondering how this works out. BTW this is coming straight from the terms of use.
The terms of use may have a few wording problems. Here’s the way I see it: -Anyone with consent to make changes to the site may do so -Editors over 13 may offer their own consent legally -Editors under 13 must have parental consent to use the site -If an editor under 13 cannot prove they have parental consent, they cannot make any edits until they reach 13 As such, if a parent tells a 13-year-old (or anyone older) that they can’t edit wikiHow, the 13-year-old can effectively say “Screw you” and continue their contributions.
LOL I spit milk on my little brother with my nose when reading this! It hurt though…

Interesting observation
I say we let wikiHow’s lawyers worry about the legalese though…they were hired to do that so volunteers can focus on more fun stuff
