Admins,Welcomers and Boosters need to count and normal wikiHow user should Make it 0

Example:

Welcomer/Booster/Admin: 1
Welcomer/Booster/Admin: 2
Normal user on wikiHow - 0

Rules: The same person cannot post twice

I think the premise is pretty similar - in that thread anyone who was a welcomer/admin/booster/featured would increase the count by 1, anyone who didn’t have those badges would reset the count to 0
