I was fixing the quick summary for an article I am rewriting and happened to stumble across this:
This is not supposed to happen. What should happen is the wikitext from the summary: namespace be loaded into the editor so I can edit it. You can guess which article this is happening on.

Also, for inuse articles, shouldn’t the last revision that was not inuse be shown? Not the article as it is? As I am seeing the current version of that article in a private window even though there is an inuse tag on it.
After an edit it seems to be fixed but leaving it open just in case
