Peeps who try to create new award templates:
Please don’t create new award templates using borders formed by HTML tables. Not only is it quicker to create via wiki markup and CSS styling with the DIV HTML-tag, but it’s also more compatible with the styling we now need to use to help it comply with templates in mobile view. It standardizes things, and keeps load times to minimums, it helps the template conform to browser views between mobile and desktop using one styling.
Also, please try to responsify any new award templates setting width to auto and creating a max-width CSS attribute - also set to auto.
And, as with all templates, if you try to decide to create templates besides awards (invite templates for a project is still okay) and UIBs, make sure to get consensus on the forums or they will be moved to your userspace.
I really don’t know which forums discussion category to use for this. I was contemplating Village Pump, but wasn’t exactly sure just how many users create award templates, to see if it’s really needed there or not.
