I think we should have a new category under multi-platform games. I’ve seen multiple categories under the topic, so I think we should add another one.

The one I want to have added is Fortnite. I’ve seen many articles on Fortnite and I think it’d be better to have one specific category for that topic, to make it easier for readers to find that specific article.

@Kitty0 , please make sure you list at least five articles for the new category request (as detailed here ). Ideally, you’d also want to make your forum title specific to the category you’d want created, since just saying “new category” isn’t very descriptive and doesn’t tell Flickety what category you’re looking for:slight_smile:

Category requests are on hold at the moment due to the overhauling of the category tree, but occasionally some requests are added during the revisions, so making sure your requests fit the format will save Flickety time when checking if a new category is needed.

I also second Kitty0’s request. Fortnite is an epic game (Litterally! The producer is Epic Games!) and it’s one of the most popular games in the world right now. I think a whole fortnite category would be AWESOME.

I half and half agree with the fortnite category. Ik that a lot of people love fortnite… but I honestly do not agree with the game.

We don’t create categories based on whether or not people like or agree with something; we create categories based on whether we have enough articles to necessitate one. Let’s let Flickety decide whether to create the category:slight_smile:
