Can “Islamic Fashion” be in “Fashion Styles”? I’m uncomfortable placing this in a religion category, since it is fashion and apparel, rather than actual religions.

No, I think it’s better to be under the category of Islam, rather than simply in a general category, such as “Fashion Styles.” You see, the way Muslims dress has everything to do with their religious beliefs.
