If an admin sees a need to close, they will, and if there’s an ongoing issue with bumping, you can let the user know on their talk page. You can also notify about something that’s a real disruptionin the forums on the ANB here

Something like this isn’t really worth tagging any admins about, though - it just distracts folks who are working on the actual wikiHow site from efforts that contribute to our mission. Best to focus on things that really help us move forward and help readers, instead
