I’ve created this chat as a completely safe place. I’m just a lowly sophomore in high school, but I understand sometimes you need to sit down and just express whatever’s going on. Whether you’ve got parent issues, school issues, or just want to say your favorite ice cream flavor, this is a safe place.

Oof, I feel you. I just got over being sick. Not the same, I know, but it sucks. What sort of problems are you having? (You don’t have to tell me if you don’t want to.)

Umm… A lot of fatigue, joint problems, probably mild scoliosis, and the list goes on… I think I have IBS. No doctor I’ve seen has figured it out, though, despite lots of invasive, horrible tests and treatments. Blech

Oh, wow that’s awful. And the doctors don’t even know what it is?? I thought they were supposed to be smart!
Hmmm, I don’t really have any illnesses as of right now… I used to get sick a lot as a kid, though. If there was something going around, whether it was a cold or a stomach flu, I got it. But my mom is usually good about keeping me and my two younger siblings healthy, so we don’t get sick a lot. Once I threw up for no apparent reason though. It was in the middle of the night and my stomach started hurting really bad for like an hour, and then I threw up. It wasn’t even that much, and I hadn’t eaten anything funky or anything. I call it the “Mystery Barf” lol not as bad as joint problems or anything like that, but at least I have a funny story!
Heh heh, yeah. Even doctors don’t know everything. Some don’t even really care. Oh yeah, another patient, another paycheck…

Aw; oh lol. I have some stuff like that. Turned out to be an allergy I didn’t know I had. I have a million more now… do you have any allergies that you know of?
I’m allergic to cats and pollen.
And grass and weeds make my throat itchy, dry, and makes it hard to breathe.
My PE teacher asked me if I have asthma, I said not that I know if…
I don’t really have any active serious health problems. When I was younger I had a few surgeries, but the problem is stabilized now. Thank goodness.
