When I woke up this morning, I noticed my third piercing in my ear was gone- but the back was still there. It was very painful and I had just gotten them two weeks ago. We clipped the back off and tried to push it out the front. Turns out, my actual sapphire earring got stuck inside my piecing. My screaming turned in hyperventilating while tried to get it out. I almost passed out and my body felt numb. Probably the scariest thing I’ve had happen. To make it worse- I have a dance recital this evening with a thousand people watching. What is your scariest moment?

My scariest moment was when I was 8 years old and I was in a coma for 5 days. #dumbgolfclub

Wow, both sound pretty scary! Although I think Maddie’s would be more painful, ouch! I haven’t had that many “scary” things happen to me, but maybe after I fell of my friend’s Mustang Eclipse? We were on a trail ride a few years ago, and on the left there was a steep-ish uphill slope. There was a tree that had fallen across the path, so we went up the hill to see if we should go around or just head back, since we’d need to do that soon anyway. Going up was fine- Eclipse knew what to do, but on the way down I *stupidly* forgot how to make Eclipse slow down, and my feet weren’t in the stirrups enough. So, as she (Eclipse) went downhill and then swerved onto the trail, I slipped out of the saddle and fell. I don’t remember falling, just getting up and going ouch, and kind of crying from the shock…
I didn’t get hurt that much though, however my left armpit landed on a bigger rock, and that turned into a nasty abrasion.

Oh yeah, and when I found out my grandma died. That hurt me emotionally
Maddie, I know where you are, try having two earring’s stuck INSIDE of your ear, and lots of hair to go with it. The earring whole was huge! It was horrible, I went to the ER to get them removed. It hurt so bad!
Advice, don’t get your ears peirced if you’re an Asian, or, go to a plastic-sugeon. Sorry for all of your guys’s tramatic situations.

scariest moment, not seeing a motorcycle coming down the main drag when i was pulling out of a side street, and coming easily within 12" of getting t-boned by it first time i ever had to pull over to have a panic.

That’s scary
One time,I had to sing in front of my class in second grade, and I threw up. Not scary, but still.
Mine funnily enough also includes a horse, just like IZ. I was around 8-9 years old and I was taking riding lessons. I have been taking them for a while, so our instructor thought I was advanced enough to ride some of the tougher horses. I was riding on the regular trail when all of a sudden a tree fell down. My horse got super spooked and started galloping. I tried to slow the horse down, but it wouldn’t respond. It just kept running at top speed and I fell. That was a large horse. I am not kidding. His head literary touched the barn roof. I fell into a large pile of logs and it hurt alot. Then my instructor blamed me
for the whole fiasco and hit me. That was the last time I took riding lessons.
My scariest moment was really interesting. One time, when I went to the Henry Ford Museum all the way in Michigan, there was an exhibit called “decades.” It showed stuff from the 20s-90s. It was all cool until I came across the 30s exhibit. We went into this movie theater and watched a movie called “Ten Nights in a Barroom.” I know it sounds crazy, but the movie was about some guy who got attacked by these snake, monster things! It scared me silly! I mean it was black and white! It looked so real!! It was only in the 30s! If you want bad dreams, don’t look it up on the internet …

How can the riding instructor do that??? That is so mean. The horse spooking wasn’t yours or the horse’s fault- that’s natural and you should always try to be prepared for things like that, although most of the time that doesn’t happen.
Sorry that ended your horse lessons, maybe you could get some from a different stable.

Mine just happened
I was on my swing, just sitting there, and all of a sudden, the swing breaks, launching me like 3 feet into the air,and made me land on my butt. Now,my butt hurts.
My piercing seems to be healing fine I guess. I’m still a little tired and unstable after the almost passing out part.
You’ll get better in time. However, if you’re letting it grow back, the skin will, but the scar will probably always be there.
I know, stupid, huh.

A scar is better than a giant puffy red hole! Last year I was walking to the pool when a six inch piece of wood dug so deep into my foot that it hit a vein. Everyone thought I was going to get blood poisoning and none of the clinics we could find were open. I was completely convinced I was going to die. My whole foot turned blue and was pouring blood all over that car and finally they preformed surgery on it and got it out. Almost a year later a second piece of wood worked it’s way out! Ahhh! I still have a giant scar down my whole right foot.
when my brother ran me over on a bike.you should of seen my knee! it gushed with blood. To make it worse- I have a dance recital this evening with a thousand people watching. how is that scary?
^ How is is NOT scary? There was metal inside my piercing and I couldn’t see it and I almost passed out. :\
I was gonna say, it’s pretty scary, to know an object is IBSIDE of your ear, with not a lot of possibilities to get it out. Maddie, I didn’t faint when it happened to me, it did, however, shock me halfway to ****!’
Meet me on IRC, Maddie? =) June Days
