With all the bugs, this one proves to be the most-laughable one I could think of. it just started this afternoon. When visiting NFD Guardian this afternoon, I noticed all users who were on the leaderboard, where completely mising their pictures. It didn’t bother my count any. But when I went to retrieve my userpage, I noticed an “add image” placeholder instead. You know how I always have my Time Magazine user picture up? It’s gone! I went to visit other users who’ve had easily recognizable profile pics. Their gone too. @Krystle 's is gone, @Ttrimm 's is gone…Heck, even @BR 's is gone…You name the user, it’s gone. Although this affects most users, there are two users on the Dashboard on Tweet it Forward who haven’t lost their profile pics. Now, here’s where the severe part of the bug comes into place. As soon as I try to upload the picture once again, you’ll see what I mean. I drag down, when all of a sudden, the selectable area drags upward and to the left corner, above the image. All other attempts to move opposite, prove negative. It’s a site-wide issue. @KernelPone even piped in with “They appear to still be saved if you go to readd it, but the image just doesn’t appear on your user page”
A few seconds later, he said It comes back and says “File could not be processed” when he tries to re-upload one to his.

Later, I noticed that new users who just started today, don’t seem to be affected(as was the case with Annabel Lektzian on the Dashboard pic I uploaded)…Not sure about the two in Tweet it Forward)</lc2>

I did add that, but after cropping and trying to save, it just returns a “File could not be processed”

Writer Girl’s picture is still showing up. She hasn’t been very active.

So, did you say it had to do with being a NAB or Admin? I’m neither and no pro pic for me

At the end it says new users as in, in the last 24hrs about are mostly affected. No big deal

@Rosejuice said somewhere else that it looks like it has to do with how active they’ve been. As in, the more you’re active the more vulnerable to losing the pic you are.

@Confusionist The longer I was active on the forums (after about 10-15 minutes) my picture disapperared. I don’t know if this applies to the actual site as well or not.

@Rosejuice said somewhere else that it looks like it has to do with how active they’ve been. As in, the more you’re active the more vulnerable to losing the pic you are. It’s weird that 80_Calo hasn’t been very active, and his picture is gone! (well he replied to me on Wednesday)

@Adelaide1230 @Krystle filed the bug report based on this report, and is posted earlier in this discussion here. And it should be back within a few days. Don’t worry about your profile picture. It’s been stored in the immaculate database of everyone’s pics (or should be)
