template. If they keep it up, tell an admin if you see one active, or just put it on the admin notice board

Unless it’s a major spam attack that needs the attention of the entire community, spammers don’t need to be reported on the forums. Using the admin notice board, as JuneDays mentioned, will give you a quicker response.
