Although it’s not as complicated as the merge or other tasks pic patrol was fairly high this week. I think somewhere along the lines of 1000+, and it steadily dropped to 600 throughout. Today, if my page is displaying correctly, it’s back down to 0! Congrats to everyone for a battle well fought.

Yess - this is awesome! So great to see it sunny sunny again!
Usually, there’s a copyright check that happens on images every night and releases the new batch of uploads for patrolling (the ones that weren’t violations), but we had some kind of bug that caused quite a backlog for a bit, there. Bebeth managed to sort that out, and then processed the backlog bit by bit… and sent me a celebratory message yesterday about how impressed she was that we got through them and are all caught up now. Woo! Thanks to all for helping

Ah that makes sense. Same as Sarah, I noticed it was at 0 for a while then it seemed one day suddenly there was a 1000+. I thought for a second that people were just frantically adding images. Thanks for the mention!
