Hi! I have a few suggestions for the Contact Us page that I hope will be considered: 1. Creating a Contact Us page separate from the About Us page that’s linked on the main page. 2. Having a Tech Support section with links to people to contact with technical glitches as well as the Tech Feedback forum. 3. Listing Felicity and Krystle as people to go to with concerns about featured articles. The Village Pump could also be listed as another place where people could go to express their concerns about current featured articles. 4. A link to the admin notice board for people who have spotted vandalism, but don’t know how to fix it.

Depends on how you view it - if you imagine the Contact Us page would be for people curious about wikiHow who want more information, than I disagree with these edits. But if it’s actually (Krystle, enlighten us?) for both those people and wikiHow editors, sure, I agree with you.
Readers who do not edit often have complaints about vandalism that they put on discussion pages. The same thing happens with FAs. I think it would help for newbies to know where to go so that their suggestions don’t fall on deaf ears. I would think that “being curious about wikiHow” would also mean where to go if they find problems on the site. Also, I’ve had several people ask me about the source code which is why I think a tech support section would be a good idea. I don’t know who’s in charge of the About Us page. @Krystle

I think there’s an audience for a Contact Us page but I’m not sure they would find their way to that page. I guess it depends on where we would place links to it also. The Help Team page seems to capture a very wide variety of questions, though: http://www.wikihow.com/wikiHow_talk:Help-Team
Maybe the Help Team page could link to the Contact Us or About Us page?
