I’ve been receiving chat templates warning about me being blocked if I don’t stop chatting. So, I decided to open a forum that I’ll check daily for all my “talk page” messages. So, Mia, Emma, Emily, Melodie, Genius Academy, and others can leave me a message here, which I’ll gladly reply to. I’ll attempt to send this link to everybody so if they have friendly messages, they can write here and not my talk page. Off we go!!

Hi there,
The forums is not really a place to chat unless it is about a specific something, or something related to wikiHow. This is basically another way of you chatting. You can’t chat on wikiHow - there is no way for you to start chatting with wikiFriends on here nonstop. You just have to stop posting non wikiHow related messages, otherwise you will be reported, or worse, even blocked. Also, it creates a lot more work for patrollers. @Admin

I see no problem with this being on the Forums. It is in the “General Chat” category which is for topics that do not have to coincide with wikiHow. Also, Forum posts do not get placed onto the Recent Changes Patrol and therefore means it does not get patrolled or take up any time from Patrollers, Admins, or Boosters.

Tom, Haily is correct. Just wait for an admin to close this. If you would like to chat please use email, Twitter, etc for that. Wikihow is not a social media site. Thanks =)
Hi guys. As someone who’s been dealing with a lot of chatters lately, I thought I’d clarify some stuff. General Chat is the place for discussing topics not related to wikiHow. Things like music, sports, current events, relationships, etc. However, threads for random chatting are frowned upon. If a thread is created for rapid-fire conversations between a group of people, and there is no actual topic being discussed, it’ll be closed.
