It’s nice that you’re trying to do something beneficial for society, but we typically don’t accept projects/teams that don’t have anything to do with wikiHow. Are you perhaps trying to stop bullying on wikiHow?
I think it means the illegal transportation and fighting of bulls, or something. Bulling is serious business.
