This thread is a duplicate of a thread that was abandoned FOR GOOD REASON. I recommend threads of this kind are not to be recreated, and would also strongly advise that this be closed.
It was bumped far too often by inexperienced forumgoers (among other things). I do not want a repeat of that, so this should be closed as soon as possible.
