Seen this on several images so far, most recently http://www.wikihow.com/Image:Banner-8.jpg The error message display is “Error creating thumbnail: convert: unable to open image /opt/wikihow/prod/static/en/images/c/c8/Banner-8.jpg': No such file or directory. convert: missing an image filename /opt/wikihow/prod/static/en/images/thumb/c/c8/Banner-8.jpg/629px-Banner-8.jpg’.” Saw this before with an image imported from Flickr, but this one appears to have been uploaded directly.
