Every so often I’ll get a thumbs up, but the edit I made is from a page that doesn’t exist. It will say:

User gave your [No page] on [[[No page]]] a thumbs up.

Does anyone know what this is?

This pops up when the page you made the edit to was deleted. It makes more sense to delete the links than to throw broken diffs at people.

Yep, happens with deleted pages. Not the prettiest but probably something we can live with (and wouldn’t have a good way to fix anyway, short of removing the notification so you never realize somebody gave you a TU, which might be a bummer), since it likely only comes up often in the case of speedies.
