Let’s all work together to clean up tips!
The majority of experienced wikiHow users don’t bother themselves with tips. Many users seem to think it is beneath them. A lot of new users spend time on tips. It’s a great thing to do to get used to how wikiHow works. I do tip patrolling now and again. It’s not important on any unapproved articles or articles that are stubbed since the general public can’t search for these article. Trying to clean up tips can be depressing. So many bad ones are added and then bad Recent Changes Patrollers Mark them as patrolled. It’s an on going issues that can never be solved because way too many contributors don’t care. It’s good to think you care Akidyo. I will check out the tip patrol now. Hopefully some others will be encouraged to do so too thanks to your post here, I wouldn’t hold my breath if I were you…Sorry about all the errors in this before. Since the forums changed to the format I can barely post here.
Pruning unhelpful/duplicate tips and folding helpful ones into the body of the article is a huge, ongoing task. If you enjoy doing so, you have found a never-ending fount. As in all things wikiHow, you should only bite off as much as brings you joy or satisfaction.
I’ll have a look tomorrow and see if I can have a little rake through the tips!

When I was a new user, I used to patrol and edit a large amount of tips. I will join as well.
Edit: I tried doing some tip patrolling right now and I did at least 74 of them. I’ll try doing some more when the back log gets filled up again.
