If you are an anonymous user, you can still access the Topic Greenhouse from the Community Dashboard, but when you click on it, it loads for a little bit, and then says, “[No articles found]”, and you can’t change the interests, so it’s not possible to do anything else. I think that the Topic Greenhouse should probably be like the other Greenhouses, with the button at the top being the “Login” button rather than “Start”. Here is a picture of the issue:
I am seeing this on the latest version of both Mozilla Firefox (84.0), and Windows 10 (20H2).

Oh wow! That has happened for a long time. When I didn’t have an account I tried to access it but it didn’t work.

I think it would make sense to have it the same as the other greenhouses too - filed, though it’s likely a rainy day fix
