Hey, I was just wondering, if you’re exactly13, are you still not allowed to create a wikiHow account? I met someone who is currently 13, so I was just curious…

I’m sure they would put that they were 13…but they would probably wouldn’t be blocked for two minutes.

What if someone who’s 21 accidentally writes their age down backwards?

Imagine an 11 year old who was a great editor. He did great stuff then to have said he was 11. His parents turn the form in. Then he can go back to editing. Would he be able to be an admin even his parents turned the form in and he’s 11?
In theory, anyone who is legally on wikiHow can be an admin. Whether they would have the maturity is another question. Regardless of whether you turn 13 in 2 minutes or 12 hours, if it’s your 13th birthday you can create an account legally.
What if you create an account when you’re say 10 or 11, but don’t use it at all until you are 13?
