The author says they are his work, however, the whole thing (well mostly) is images with the instructions in them. I would appreciate some guidance and help. http://www.wikihow.com/Assemble-a-Grand-Cherokee-Open-Front-Axle

Hmm… the author has the same name as one of the people credited in the first image, but it does look a little weird nonetheless.

If the pictured steps are indeed the author’s own work, then perhaps we could ask them to write the steps into the article, and add the photos afterward (if possible, with removing the captioning).

If he wants it to stay, it’d be more useful to copy the image directions down in steps. But that’s just me.

left a comment on the article. I agree that it’s a bit cumbersome to read.

It’s not ideal, but I don’t think articles containing useful info should ever be deleted. A format tag would suffice, since anyone can “translate” the images into wikitext. I just did that with the first image, for example. We’ve had articles in the past we’ve formatted similarly: http://www.wikihow.com/Grease-Bicycle-Wheel-Bearings http://www.wikihow.com/Build-a-Bicycle-Cargo-Trailer

I think its rather difficult to read. They should convert it to text.
