I generally like surveys and they sure can be very useful, but, most surveys are confidential.  This allows full freedom to answer as one wishes.  If username is required, then it can be linked to the age category, which the user may not wish to reveal.  This being said, v2 was much better than v1.

What age range do you fit into? (again, I want to see what amounts of different kinds of people come to wikiHow) 13-20 20-30 30+ Why no other categories? I’m interested to know who is over 40, 50, 60 etc. Thank you for taking this survey! Do you have any feedback? If yes, leave it below wikiHow is spelt with a lower case w. What are going to do with the results of this?

Aww, I don’t think you have to cut out the question about the username. Some people probably want to add their username. Maybe just don’t make it mandatory.
