If we are going to have a nomination for deletion reason as dangerous, and you want to put the words extremely dangerous in the title, you can and should expect it will be deleted as dangerous. We also have a number of articles about creating or making viruses. If you care to find a topic that might be helpful to people, and isn’t or doesn’t claim to be dangerous, you would probably find people more helpful with your topic.
