Once (a few times), when I leave a message on someone’s talk page, the recent activity bar on my user page is incorrect. For example, if I leave a message on XYZ’s talk page, my recent activity will say: “WikiaWang left a message for XYZ” multiple times.
Another error is the date. I made a couple of edits within 10 minutes. Then, when i visit my recent activity, it says “WikiaWang made an edit to XYZ 14 hours ago.”

Was the last message on the page left 14 hours ago? If so, it probably has the same cause as the RC Patrol error.
