Hey here is one link http://www.wikihow.com/User:WikiDesign to user wikiDesign. But that userpage actually is wikiTutor Team page. Is it correct to make a user for a Team page? Why this page wasn’t created as other Team page? or Is it something like wikiPhoto?

You can ask the person behind the account to use the team page instead and not the account. IMO, there shouldn’t be a need for multiple accounts nor pages for an existing thing. Wikiphotos isn’t on the same category as this.

Hey any admin, please close this thread. I just removed those contents from that userpage with appropriate reason in comment, because I didn’t get any replay from that user after 4 days of giving message to that user. So I don’t think this thread will help any other. So please close it.
