I had a quick question. I have some great auto repair how to videos that I have shot in HD. I was wondering if I wanted to submit some how to articles if I still needed to write a step by step article,or if it was ok to just embed a video so that people could watch the step by step process on how to repair their car.

While videos contain a lot of material that can’t be put into text form, it is also considered a “supplemental” form of information. Videos on wikiHow are added to supply additional knowledge. A step-by-step article with the video would be awesome.

@1ATony Would you like to give us blanket permission to make articles from your videos? If so, some of our community members might write out the steps for you, and make step-by-step screenshots from the video. We can add it to this page: http://www.wikihow.com/wikiHow:Importable-Content Are the videos on YouTube?
