I want to help welcome users. I read the article on how to do it and you have to take a quiz. How do you download the quiz to answer it? I do not have Gmail or Google Docs. Could you help?

You do not have to download the quiz. For example one method I used was I just opened one tab with the questions, opened another tab with my message in it, and labeled the numbered User I was practicing welcoming. This is what I did to take the test. You can also do it this method as well. For example:
Email message:
User 1: Welcome message here
User 4: Welcome message here
User 8: Welcome message here, etc.
On the other tab, it will show what the user did. Write a welcome message relating to what he did or how he or she can improve. You also don’t have to welcome all 10 users - up to 5 is okay.
