I was just patrolling, I found this. It’s the discussion page of (I think) a deleted article. The post in the discussion page is what confuses me. When I face such a condition, what should I do? Patrol it or post something in the discussion page? The discussion is: Discussion:Explore About the Loan and Loan Lender Before You Make a Click Help me. Thanks. (Please be soft)
Blank it. Use the quick edit tool and just remove the the words. If you want to be sure it’s a deleted article, click the article and go to the article page. If there’s no article, just blank the discussion page; someone just put gibberish there because they felt like it. (; June Days

^ No, patrol those messages. If you see a lot of them, they may be chatting–post {{chat}} on their talk pages. Also, for questions like these, please post them under the “Help Using wikiHow” category. I moved it for you.
Not at all a disturbance. (: Yes, like Illneedasaviour said, leave a {{chat}} template on their talk page. If it’s just a “Hi, how are you doing?”, then that’s fine - It wouldn’t be a fun community if we weren’t allowed to have communication in it! =P June Days
