Every time I check my inbox, I see my wikiHow e-mails in the spam category somehow. I know I never marked any wikiHow e-mail as spam. I also tried to returen these e-mails back to the inbox but they are still marked as spam. Why is that?
Try marking them as ‘‘not spam’’ before returning them to your inbox. Your mail should “learn” not to mark them as spam.

Def try what Alabaster suggested. Usually that does the trick. If you feel comfortable, can you send me a screenshot of what you see on a wikiHow email in your inbox, too? You can email me it at anna@wikihow.com
so that you don’t post anything with your address publicly here. Seeing the exact message your email shows you will hopefully help me tell if it’s something unique to your email account/setup, or any kind of bug in our email sending system. Usually it’s the former but occasionally there’s something on our end for our engineers to look at.
I did that but other e-mails would show spam.
Nevermind, it worked! Thanks, @Anna
and @Albaster

Great! Sometimes you have to click ‘not spam’ once or twice for each of the different types of emails, but hopefully then it should stick
I have another question, how can I separate wikiHow emails from wikiHow forum emails? I want to unsubscribe from wikiHow forum emails but I fear that it will also block the messages that are from the main wikiHow website.
I hope you understand, the problem is kinda jumbled up. @Anna

Yep no prob - you can set your forum email notifications here: forums.wikihow.com/profile/preferences/
Thanks! That means so much to me Anna!
