I think about some motivation for people for each year of contributing( of course whose contributions are good). Something like personal video from our admins or some bonuses. 

Yeah. Chat bans  can be hard to go trough and the forum games need me!

I think we’ve already discussed the idea of leaving out Talk pages, but the general consensus was that that wasn’t a good idea (and it would leave us too open to spammers).

A “report” button?

The ANB serves as a pretty good report button, if you ask me.:wink:
