When I first started wikiHow, I wrote an article and uploaded pictures from the Internet. Now, with a clear head, I went back to that article remove the images. I happened to click on one, and it said Wikiphoto uploaded it! They were exactly the same as I had uploaded them, no arrows, nothing! They don’t even have the wikiHow watermark! I have pictures, if anyone would like to see. Check in the history of the article and you will see I uploaded them! Check in my contributions and go to my uploads and youll see I uploaded them! What happened? :c

Hey hey @OoT2D
- sorry to hear that! Let me know what the article is and we can take care of rolling back the pics and providing feedback about the situation. In general, my understanding is that there are a few scenarios where our screenshotters are asked to edit and reupload our own Wikivisual images again, in cases where we’re changing the size/zoom of the image, adjusting color, adding arrows, etc to make things more clear (for example, there was a project to make images more mobile friendly, and some of this re-uploading happened for that). But that’s supposed to happen just on Wikivisual images, so my guess is that the fellow doing these ones didn’t realize you had uploaded these ones, rather than another Wikivisual person. That’s not good, but people make mistakes, particularly when they’re new to the team (just like new editors here on wikiHow make mistakes - or even, just like seasoned editors still make mistakes!) - apologies for the mixup, and we’ll get it sorted out
