It doesn't take a lot of work or effort to eat healthy and with strong nutrition. Lean toward few ingredient recipes and wholesome, less-processed ingredients. Fresh and seasonal eating really matters. But also give yourself a break - you are allowed a cookie or chocolate when you want it!
