How do I stop snoring so much?
Snoring is caused by a little bit of vasoconstriction of the airway and then the rattling of the epiglottis as you're laying flat. That is what causes like the snoring sound. So, if you open your airways by sitting and lifting yourself up to around a 30 degree angle, instead of laying flat, that could help. You want to do things to open the airways; you can wear breathing strips, either adhesive ones or ones that are magnetic that will hold open the nasal passageways. If you still have persistent snoring, you might have a deviated septum or some sort of sleep apnea where you would need to wear a device to force air and keep the airway open.
I have a ring stuck on my finger that won’t come off
I have taken so many rings off while working in an ER! First off, if your finger is getting discolored, the ring might be starting to cut off circulation of the finger. Sometimes, the more that you mess with it, the more inflamed it's going to get. At that point, you should go to the ER and they will need to just cut it off of you.
If you still want to try to get it off at home, here are the things that I always suggest. One, butter or lard is a really good lubricant. Other lubricants won't really like get under the ring and make things slippery, so try using those on the finger.
Also, hold your finger upright. Holding it up will drain the finger, while your finger facing downwards can cause more inflammation and swelling.
Finally, there's a trick you can try where you wrap your finger with floss and then wrap it underneath. You put the piece of floss underneath the ring and then you start to pull it, and that force will start to pull the ring out with it. Good luck!

Home remedies to get rid of a cough
It depends if the cough is wet or dry. So, if the cough is dry, it's probably just irritation. For these cases, you can use tea, lemon, and honey to just kind of soothe it. This is annoying to experience, but try and use soothing methods.
If it’s a wet cough, that means your body's encapsulating the germs making mucus, and your body is trying to get that mucus out. You don't want to stop that process from occurring, because it's your body's own natural defense of trapping the virus bacteria and getting it out of your body. In other words, in the case of a wet cough, you don't want to stop coughing. What you want to do is take an expectorant, like Mucinex, and then drink a lot of water, but you don't want to stop your own body's natural response of getting rid of those viruses and that bacteria.

Effective home remedies for an upset stomach?
First off, if you have persistent stomach pain, you should go get checked out. However, if it's mild, just regular calcium carbonate (Tums) will help with mild indigestion. You can treat mild nausea and vomiting with Pepto-Bismol and other drugstore medications, but if you are having vomiting and diarrhea multiple times and getting to the point of where you could be close to dehydration, you should go get checked out at the doctor or at urgent care.
Stuffy nose natural remedies to try at home?
Anything that will vasodilate is the key, because stuffiness is a result of vasoconstriction in the nasal area. Products that vasodilate, like peppermint oil, would work or use other products that can diffuse and bring warm air. For example, standing over a pot of boiling water with a couple drops of peppermint or lemongrass oil in it would be helpful.
