Do you have an old soul?

What a lovely compliment to have an "old soul". This often means you have a natural and heightened sense of energy, wisdom and combined knowledge that allow you to view the world and others from a higher perspective. This allows you to deeply connect and understand others, their hurts, situations and the items impacting their lives. Many old souls find that others are naturally drawn to them and often people share their life stories and problems with old souls. Often your energy is calming, loving and supportive and others are drawn to you because of how your energy makes THEM feel.

That’s a beautiful result to get. An old soul is someone who’s lived many lifetimes. It’s not their first time on Earth. They carry wisdom, depth, and a strong sense of purpose.

I'd like to add that, often, old souls can feel a bit out of place or like they’re searching for something more. They tend to be introspective, compassionate, and drawn to helping others or understanding deeper truths. They also often connect with people who are older or more mature—regardless of their own age.
